Wincolor 2008  is a free color picker and color representation windows application that I have found particularly useful when needing color codes for building websites. The codes are available in HTML, RGB and by color name.

Currently Framework 2.0 is required but I am working on a linux application as well.

The best thing about the application is that it requires no installation, therefore no messing around with your registry and no added hidden directories or files on your system. Just  place the .exe file wherever you like, make a shortcut if desired and double-click.
